About the role :
This role focuses on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations, overseeing the entire cash cycle from accurate and timely invoicing to diligently following up on outstanding payments and managing month-end closing reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Good understanding/experience of the Accounts Receivable/Revenue Ops function
• Month-end closing report activity
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and follow up on outstanding invoices to minimize
overdue payments
• Monitoring customer account details for reconciliation of ledgers, balance confirmation non-
payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Coordinate with merchants/Brands to understand and address queries/concerns around
EMI/Cashback transactions raised by internal or external stakeholders
• Review the open tickets assigned and reply to queries related to the tickets
• Escalate EMI transaction Cashback related discrepancies with the partner banks or internally
• Tracking and publishing relevant MIS on a regular basis

Mandatory Qualification:
 Graduate (BCom/BBM/MCom) with 0-2 years’ experience
 Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and accounting principles.
 Good Knowledge of MS Excel
 Good English Communication skills Verbal and written
