About the Role:
At Razorpay, marketing isn’t just about storytelling, it’s about driving real growth. We’re looking for a marketing intern who’s excited by numbers, obsessed with funnels, and curious about what makes users click, convert, and come back. You’ll work with the team that works on acquisition and retention across the Razorpay ecosystem; designing experiments, running campaigns, and learning how data and creativity come together to drive business results.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring and retaining users.
- Help segment audiences, track journeys, and learn what goes behind lifecycle marketing.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life across owned and paid channels.
- Support campaign analysis and learn how to interpret metrics like CTR, VTR, and retention rates, and use them to improve performance.
- Research market trends and customer behavior to fuel future campaigns.
- Experiment fearlessly, test ideas, tweak copy, play with formats, and learn what actually moves the needle.
