Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

Bengaluru

Razorpay is one of India’s leading full-stack financial technology companies, powering the way businesses move, manage, and grow money. Founded in 2014 by Harshil Mathur and Shashank Kumar with a simple vision — to simplify payments for Indian businesses — we’ve since grown into a fintech powerhouse driving India’s digital payment revolution.

Razorpay powers millions of businesses with a smarter, scalable stack that goes beyond transactions to help them truly build and grow.

From seamless checkouts to payroll automation, across India, Singapore, and Malaysia, we’ve been engineering a fintech ecosystem that’s redefining how money moves across Asia — and we’re just getting started.

Today, that ecosystem supports everyone from early-stage startups to some of India’s largest enterprises, enabling them to accept, process, and disburse payments at scale while expanding into new ways of managing money more efficiently.

Our scale speaks volumes: Razorpay processes $180+ billion in annualized transactions, powering leading businesses like Airbnb, Facebook, WhatsApp, Airtel, CRED, BookmyShow, Zomato, Swiggy, Lenskart, Mirae Asset Capital markets, Indian Oil, National Pension Scheme — and over 100 of India’s unicorns. With strong roots in India and growing operations in Southeast Asia, we are shaping the next chapter of financial technology across the region.

We are backed by global investors including GIC, Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India & SEA), Tiger Global, Ribbit Capital, Matrix Partners, MasterCard, and Salesforce Ventures, having raised over $740 million to date. Strategic acquisitions — including Ezetap (POS and offline payments), Curlec (Malaysia expansion), BillMe (digital invoicing), and POP (rewards-first UPI) — along with earlier moves in fraud prevention, payroll, and lending, have further strengthened our platform and widened our footprint across Asia.

But what truly sets Razorpay apart is our culture. At Razorpay, ownership is our oxygen — you own what you build, with no micromanagement or red tape, just the runway to make your ideas fly. Learning is a lifestyle — if you’re curious, you’ll feel at home here. People > Pedigree — we hire for attitude, hustle, and hunger more than degrees. Transparency thrives over titles — this is where interns question CXOs and CXOs say “thank you.” Guided by our values of Customer First, Autonomy & Ownership, Agility with Integrity, Transparency, Challenging the status quo and a strong belief that Razorpay grows with Razors,  you’ll be part of a 3000+ strong team building not just products, but the financial infrastructure of the future.

Role Summary

This role owns the Corporate Card business as a growth and marketing-led charter, with end-to-end responsibility for positioning, GTM, demand generation, sales productivity, and P&L outcomes. The individual acts as the marketing and business owner for Corporate Cards, accountable for building it into a predictable, high-velocity, and revenue-positive vertical across startup, mid-market, and enterprise segments.

The role blends growth marketing, GTM strategy, and sales engine design with strong business leadership, including bank partnerships, policy expansion, and unit economics. It requires tight cross-functional ownership across banking partners, underwriting, ops, product, design, and sales to drive sustained scale and utilisation.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Leader – GTM, Sales Engine & Growth Ownership

  • Own all marketing for Corporate Cards end-to-end, spanning GTM strategy, new launches, performance marketing, growth, and brand
  • Define positioning, narrative, and messaging for Corporate Cards across startup, mid-market, and enterprise segments
  • Lead GTMs for new card programs, bank launches, policies, offers, and rewards, ensuring readiness across sales, ops, and product
  • Build and run the demand engine across performance, lifecycle, partnerships, and zero-cost channels, with clear ownership of lead quality and conversion
  • Own the sales engine from a GTM lens: sales enablement, pitch frameworks, incentives, and execution rigour to drive throughput and approvals
  • Design value propositions, cashback and offer programs grounded in business economics and utilisation goals
  • Own funnel health end-to-end, partnering with ops and underwriting to improve approval, activation, and utilisation rates
  • Drive brand and credibility for Corporate Cards through proof points, customer stories, packaging, and consistent market presence
  • Use data, experimentation, and AI-led tooling to improve speed, efficiency, and decision-making across marketing and sales workflows

P&L Ownership

  • Own the Corporate Card business charter end-to-end, including strategy, scale, and P&L outcomes
  • Drive growth in approved credit limits, monthly spends, utilisation, and net revenue contribution
  • Own business economics: yield, rewards, utilisation, operational efficiency, and margin protection
  • Lead issuing bank partnerships end-to-end, including performance reviews, escalations, and quarterly planning
  • Launch and scale new bank programs, taking full ownership of readiness across ops, sales, and GTM
  • Open and grow high-value segments (startup, mid-market, enterprise) with larger ticket sizes and higher revenue density
  • Act as the final owner for cross-functional alignment across product, underwriting, ops, finance, and banking partners

Success looks like: high-quality lead flow, strong approval and activation rates, rising utilisation, and a sales engine that scales

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience of 4 to 8 years in fintech, payments, lending, cards, or B2B SaaS, with significant ownership of GTM and growth charters
  • Proven experience owning and scaling a business or revenue line, with clear accountability for outcomes, not just execution
  • Strong marketing leadership depth, including ownership of positioning, GTMs, new launches, growth marketing, performance channels, and brand narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to build demand and sales engines from scratch, spanning lead generation, enablement, conversion, activation, and utilisation
  • Strong grasp of P&L mechanics, including pricing, yield, rewards, and utilisation-led businesses
  • Experience working closely with banks, underwriting teams, or regulated partners, translating policy constraints into scalable GTMs
  • High comfort operating in ambiguity and leading through influence across product, sales, ops, finance, and external partners
  • Ability to craft sharp narratives for senior stakeholders, banks, and enterprise customers, and drive alignment at scale
  • Hands-on, first-principles thinker with a bias toward data, experimentation, and AI-led automation to improve marketing and GTM efficiency
Razorpay believes in and follows an equal employment opportunity policy that doesn't discriminate on gender, religion, sexual orientation, colour, nationality, age, etc. We welcome interests and applications from all groups and communities across the globe.
