Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Growing the overall portfolio and driving cross-sell/up-sell of TrustScan offerings across the New and existing Razorpay merchant base. 
  • Working in close collaboration with Enterprise, Mid market & SME teams to enable TrustScan on their existing and new merchant portfolio
  • Work in tandem with the product team to identify suitable product solutions needed for our partners while leveraging our internal capabilities.
  • Build TrustScan business strategy along with GTM strategy.
  • Defining and analyzing performance metrics, and achieving cross-functional alignment.
  • Involvement in strategic discussions in terms of identifying new areas of opportunity
  • Coming up with strategies to increase penetration of TrustScan offerings along with sales funnel management
  • Gathering inputs from business teams & merchants to further enhance and develop the TrustScan pipeline
  • Collaborate across multiple Internal units – Product, Sales & Analytics to deliver optimum output
  • Support the business with data-driven actionable insights that help business to take informed decisions to improve the sales processes and drive efficiency

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in product/tech-based organization with B2B/Banking focus & understanding of Data Science & Analytics will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in a high-paced and unstructured environment will be a plus. Ability to solve various unstructured business problems in an objective way will be one of the key criteria for hiring.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn tech software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams internally.
  • Strong hunting skills are desired with a fair bit of understanding of digital payments ecosystem. 
  • Proactive Identification of opportunity areas for enterprise customers and focused selling is a must. Understanding & awareness of Data landscape is a plus. 
  • Good in taking initiatives and implementation of the same
