Full Stack Java Developer

RCG IT Philippines is in need of FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPERS to be part of our growing team. We are looking for highly-skilled individuals who are amenable to work on night shift and Temporary Work From Home, Hybrid or RTO set-up. Our offices in the Philippines are located in Makati City and Mandaluyong City.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in full stack Java development
  • Strong web development experience using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS
  • Must be experienced/knowledgeable in the following:
    • OOP concepts, Pillars of Java
    • AngularJS, Angular – Angular 7 and/or up is a plus
    • React
    • Agile/Scrum development
    • JUnit Testing
    • SQL development
    • REST/SOAP Services
    • Entity Framework ORM - Hibernate/Hibernate JPA
    • Spring Framework
  • Has exposure to Agile methodology
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop software products based on specified requirements of the client
  • Ensure all programs are fully tested and documented in accordance with client's development guidelines
  • Ensure that customer and client's information are kept secure in line with the acceptable user policy and other published security policies, standards and best practice
  • Interact with internal and external customers of the organization to define requirements and develop solutions
  • Work within a cross-functional team in an Agile/SCRUM development cycle to deliver quality products to our clients
