RCG IT Philippines is in need of SCRUM MASTERS to be part of our growing team. We are looking for highly-skilled individuals who are amenable to work on night shift and Temporary Work From Home, Hybrid or RTO set-up. Our offices in the Philippines are located in Makati City and Mandaluyong City.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple application development team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals, management, engineering, project management, and technical staff
- Strong Agile values, principles and practices
- Ability to coach the values and relations of Sprint Planning to Sprint Goal, and Sprint Goal to Objectives and Key Results (OKR's)
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and other Agile frameworks (JIRA, Confluence, MURAL)
- Knowledge of Agile/ Product techniques (User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration and Testing, Automated Testing)
- Knowledgeable in managing risk, issues, and dependencies
- Demonstrated leadership in continuous process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Scrum team
- Works well in a matrix organization
- Ability to work through complex problems to reach a workable solution
Other Qualifications (nice-to-have/advantage):
- Scrum Master certification
- SAFe Certification / Training
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enfold an Agile mindset empower Agile across the organization by challenging, coaching, and guiding teams using agile and lean principles
- Resolve Agile transformation issues with out-of-the box solutions
- Give rise to the removal of impediments; lead the team in finding the right person/group to remove the impediments.
- Coach to draft, track progress and continuously improve Objective and Key Results (OKRs)
- Establish a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of retribution
- Use metrics to measure team progress and effectiveness (burndown charts, velocity, release metrics)
