As the Integrated Marketing Specialist on our Consumer Media team, you will work across the pre-sale (integrated marketing, media go-to-market) function to help generate advertising revenue. You will be responsible for writing and designing the RFPs and proactive pitches assigned to you, developing sales marketing materials, pulling syndicated research, planning high-impact client events/gifts, and supporting the work of our pre-sales team. Your work will include writing presentations in a high-volume, quick-turnaround environment, monitoring competitors, planning client events and overseeing project budgets. Our growing Consumer Media department role fosters a culture of innovation and creativity.

What you'll do:

  • Create RFP responses and proactive pitches for assigned accounts, working under the direction of the VP on our pre-sale team.
  • Help us make face-to-face connections with our clients by planning high-impact client gifts, events or trade show gatherings. Occasional travel is required. 
  • Manage contracts processes for consumer media vendors, including research and creative tools
  • Develop and create presentations for weekly Consumer Media all-hands meetings
  • Other office tasks as required including assisting with copywriting, invoice processing, coordinating client and team events and travel
  • Learn about best practices and industry trends by reading trade publications and research tools
  • Day to day management of our quarterly outbound prospecting program
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of our quarterly outbound prospecting program, focused on driving revenue growth across defined growth categories.
  • Generate and qualify warm leads to support the national sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Realtor.com® media products to identify prospect opportunities that align with client needs.
  • Utilize advanced sales development tools and stay current with emerging AI technologies to enhance targeting, engagement, and conversion strategies.
  • Continuously improve through feedback

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in advertising/marketing, English or communications, and 3+ years work experience in a quality role or related field or 8+ years work experience in a marketing role or related field
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong visual presentation skills - able to quickly create decks and mock-ups that sing!
  • Experience in the advertising (agency or publisher) industry required. Current experience on a pre-sales or account management team of a digital publisher is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experienced in using PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
  • Experience in pulling media research using tools like MRI-Simmons and Comscore is a plus
  • Spreadsheets experience including formulas
  • Proven track record of collaboration and working effectively in complex, cross-functional situations 
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time with quick project turnaround and deadlines.

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect in the listed locations. We tailor our offers based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.  All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.

Salary Range for select office locations

  • New York $83,550.00 - $101,300.00

Accordingly, offers extended for this role will include an annual bonus target typically expressed as percentage of salary.  Similarly to salary, annual incentive bonus targets are set based on a variety of factors including job level, competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills.
