The Senior Business Consultant, Dedicated Success is responsible for leading, growing, and retaining Realtor.com’s most strategic and highest-value customer relationships. In this senior role, you’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 25 premier strategic accounts, developing deep executive-level relationships that cement Realtor.com as an indispensable business partner. You will provide a personalized, high-touch luxury experience, overseeing the entire post-sale lifecycle—from strategic implementation and custom training to high-stakes escalations and enterprise-wide renewals. As a strategic leader, you will build sophisticated partnerships based on trust, data-driven insights, and a deep understanding of your customers' long-term business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and lead deep strategic relationships with a portfolio of ~25 highest-value strategic accounts, establishing Realtor.com as a core business partner.
  • Provide a personalized experience for your customers, learning their business operations and systems in order to provide them with custom consultation, data, and best practices for their Realtor.com products and services.
  • Engage with customers on a personal level, celebrating not only their business milestones, but also their personal ones (e.g. birthdays, holidays).
  • Retain and grow revenue with your customers by managing their post-sale experience. This includes product implementation, training, ongoing support, escalations, retention, and renewals.
  • Travel for conferences, events, and customer engagement (~10% of your time).
  • Execute effectively towards company initiatives set by leadership and corporate OKRs. 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all key Realtor.com business processes and products, recommending and implementing enhancements that will drive revenue with and improve the experience of high-value customers.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals across all levels of the company, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Finance. 
  • Have comprehensive business knowledge and technical skill on Salesforce, Focus Fire, and other enterprise systems.



What You’ll Bring

 

To be successful in this senior role, the Senior Business Consultant, Dedicated Success must be a sophisticated relationship builder who excels at navigating complex organizational structures and establishing executive-level connections. You are a strategic self-starter with a proven track record of managing high-stakes priorities and driving revenue growth. You will take full ownership of the success and strategic direction of your book of business, ensuring long-term retention and expansion of Realtor.com's footprint within your accounts.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of account management experience, specifically focused on strategic, enterprise, or key major accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with PCs, Internet and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry.
  • Experience with technical customer support.

For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together. This is a U.S. based, remote role with ~10% required travel.

At Realtor, we recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.  As a result, we aim for flexibility in structuring competitive compensation offers to ensure we are able to attract the best candidates. 

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect in the listed location. We tailor our offers based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.  All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.

The annual OTE for this position is $145,000 - $160,000 USD.
