In determining salary, Reach3 Insights considers various factors, including the candidate’s skill set and experience, location, and internal equity. The salary for this position is USD  $150,000 + , depending on experience and title offered.

As a Senior Vice President / Vice President at Reach3, you will: 

  • Be deeply engaged in all facets of daily business operations, including business development, client relationship management, commitment fulfillment, and staff development.
  • Help build & manage our Tech/Financial Services business unit, including the development of budgets, capabilities, client-base, the client services/ fulfillment team, the marketing/ GTM plan, etc.
  • Day-to-day responsibility for managing full team project load staffing, team training, career development and mentorship, performance management, working with team leads.
  • Be responsible for helping to build & develop a team of diverse market researchers dedicated to the exceptional design, implementation and delivery of new & innovative methods for capturing and analyzing consumer insights.
  • Provide senior leadership and development for the team, conceptualizing and managing resources and enhancing and refining workflows to accelerate efficiency, cost efficiency, increased profitability, and client impact.
  • Coordinate with other senior leaders in the company to execute the design and fulfillment process for our work with a keen eye toward excellence and innovation, including:
    • Solution architecture & offer development
    • Research implementation & operations process
    • Proposal development & design, analysis & deliverables
  • Bring an exceptional drive and entrepreneurial mindset, while also being highly organized related to planning and implementing both strategic and tactical aspects of the business. 
  • Have significant influence into our product solution roadmap, market positioning and narrative, as well as future strategic planning.
  • Actively develop and manage large strategic client relationships. 
  • Be an enduring, positive and collaborative leader who coaches and mentors junior colleagues and genuinely cares about all facets of the company, our strategy and reputation in the market.

  • Creative data visualization and reporting skills – someone who knows how to develop deliverables that always impress colleagues and clients.
  • A passion for unlocking the power of consumer insights to help drive agile decision making.

 This may be the right opportunity for you if you have: 

  • A University or College degree, advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in supplier side organizations.
  • Background in - Technology, Telecom, Media/ Entertainment, Financial Services, ideal, but not required.
  • Experience in shaping strategic learning plans/road mapping. You have turned conceptual ideas into commercial reality
  • Successfully executed account management, growth planning, and budget expectations
  • Brought together and successfully managed multi-functional teams
  • Exposure to sophisticated market research practices including a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Experience managing end-to-end market research projects, including:
    • Designing and developing questionnaires and discussion guides,
    • Identifying and writing up analytical findings,
    • Visualizing and reporting quantitative and qualitative data,
    • Report writing and taking deliverables to the next level,
    • Working in marketing research software packages.
    • Community management and research support,
  • A strong track record of mentoring & managing junior researchers
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel and PowerPoint in particular, as well as a quick learner of new technologies/software
