Reach3 Insights – Summer Intern 2025 (Operations)

We are seeking a Summer Operations Intern to support our growing team over Summer 2025 during a 10-week internship. This internship is based in Vancouver and will begin in June 2025 and will run for the summer until August 2025. This role will support our Operations team and assist with various operational tasks and projects.

The ideal candidate will be interested in a career in project management, operations, or organizational support roles within a dynamic, team-based environment.

At Reach3, you'll get to:   

  • Collaborate closely with a supportive Operations team and gain exposure to the behind-the-scenes coordination and teamwork while learning about the market research industry
  • Learn how to use the Rival Platform, a mobile-first insight community platform; you’ll learn how to author survey chats, perform quality assurance checks, and review data
  • Explore new tools and technologies to improve research processes
  • Contribute to the development of new efficiency tools and AI tools that are relevant to company projects
  • Assist the Operations team to audit, organize, and develop process improvements and documentation

As an Intern, you have:

  • Great attention to detail and highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks at once and consistently shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – someone who is unafraid of asking questions or for help when they face roadblocks.
  • A passion to learn and be mentored by your colleagues.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help your team in a variety of capacities.
  • Interest in AI, machine learning or natural language processing

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a BA/BS program, with interest or coursework in a relevant discipline (data science or computer science, etc.). or College Diploma (or equivalent) in any IT-related discipline
  • Strong analytical, communication, and logic skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized, follow processes accurately and spot inconsistencies
  • A desire to learn and try new things!

Bonus points if you have:

    • Knowledge of AI tools, machine learning or natural language processing
    • Knowledge of market research or data analysis
