We are seeking an accomplished, consultative Senior Account Executive to lead net-new enterprise growth across the global market research and consumer insights ecosystem. The ideal profile will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in consultative or SaaS-based selling techniques, is a trusted industry seller, and someone who understands buying committees, procurement cycles, and the nuance of selling transformative research solutions into sophisticated clients.

- We currently offer hybrid or remote opportunities, with hub offices in Chicago, Vancouver and Toronto. This position is US based – with a Chicago home base preferred. - In determining salary, Reach3 Insights considers many factors including the successful candidate’s skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $140,000, with the upper portion typically reserved for tenured employees who have developed extensive job knowledge and expertise within the company.

As a Senior Account Executive at Reach3, you will:
- Own enterprise new-business acquisition across priority verticals (CPG/FMCG, Tech, Telecom, Financial Services, Retail, Health, Media & Entertainment)
- Partner directly with senior research leaders to identify where Reach3’s approaches can unlock the most value
- Sell ideas and outcomes, not just projects, positioning mobile conversational research as a strategic advantage
- Work with sophisticated, Fortune-level clients who expect thoughtful discovery, tailored solutions, and intellectual partnership
- Help refine how Reach3 goes to market as the category continues to evolve
- Develop and cultivate new executive-level relationships across targeted enterprise accounts
- Map buying centers and influence groups, crafting outreach that breaks through industry sameness
- Lead compelling capabilities conversations and demos that translate innovation into tangible business impact
- Build and present persuasive proposals that frame Reach3’s methodologies as differentiated and defensible
- Navigate pricing, structure, and negotiation in ways that accelerate trust and conversion
- Represent Reach3 at industry events, conferences, and thought-leadership forums
- Manage a sophisticated pipeline with discipline and transparency, balancing multiple pursuits at varying stages
This role rewards strategic thinking, creativity, and credibility—not transactional selling.
While net-new logos are the priority, you’ll also support expansion within select existing enterprise relationships.
This may be the right opportunity for you if you have:
- 5+ years of enterprise-level, quota-carrying experience in market research, consumer insights, CX, or adjacent consultative/SaaS environments
- A credible network and deep understanding of how insights organizations buy and evaluate partners
- Comfort selling complex, non-commodity solutions where insight, trust, and expertise drive decisions
- A builder’s mindset: resilient, curious, and energized by change
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Executive presence, influence, and the ability to guide conversations without overselling
- Strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline (Salesforce fluency expected)
- The ability to run demos independently and speak fluently about methodology and outcomes
