Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: $75-100 per hour

Reactivate is seeking a Temp Technology Project Manager, for a six-month contract assignment. This role will be responsible for interacting with key stakeholders across the company and the technology team to grow and scale the company’s technology platform. This person will also work closely with Reactivate employees to improve engagement with various technology tools. The role involves collaborating with all departments to identify process inefficiencies and resolve them through software improvement projects.

We are looking for someone who is agile and adaptable, a team player, and has a strong sense of collaboration to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive impactful technology initiatives. This role combines strong business analysis, project management, critical thinking, and facilitation skills. The ideal candidate is not simply a meeting facilitator or project tracker. They are an active participant in discovery and solution design who can ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, identify gaps, connect ideas, and help stakeholders translate business needs into clear, actionable technology requirements.

A key component of this role is real-time, visual collaboration. The successful candidate should be comfortable working creatively with stakeholders during meetings to map processes, sketch workflows, organize requirements, visualize potential solutions, and iterate on ideas as conversations evolve. They should be able to adapt quickly when new information emerges rather than relying exclusively on pre-defined agendas or documentation created after the meeting.

Strong closed-loop communication is essential. This individual will ensure conversations consistently result in documented decisions, requirements, owners, dependencies, and next steps, and that open items are followed through to resolution.

Contract Details: This is a six-month opportunity with an hourly pay rate of $75-100, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Apply critical thinking and effective questioning to uncover business needs, challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and assess dependencies and downstream impacts
  • Facilitate creative, real-time visual collaboration using process maps, workflows, wireframes, whiteboards, and other techniques to develop a shared understanding of problems and potential solutions
  • Bridge business and technology teams by translating technical concepts into business language, clarifying requirements throughout development, and maintaining alignment between business needs and delivered solutions
  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success criteria; adapting plans as priorities and requirements evolve
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, and issues, and communicate recommendations or decision points as needed
  • Coordinate the integration of new systems and applications into business operations
  • Coordinate testing, validation, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder feedback throughout development cycles

  • Provide team, senior and executive leadership with clear project status, risks, recommendations, and decision points, and use reporting and stakeholder feedback to evaluate outcomes and inform future initiatives
  • Create process and user documentation to support successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions

Requirements 🎓

  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in technology project management, business analysis, product delivery, or a similar technology-focused role

  • Experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming/refinement, and daily Scrum meetings
  • Proficiency in Jira for requirements, workflow, backlog, release, and roadmap management
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify gaps, dependencies, conflicting requirements, and downstream impacts

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate proactively, follow through on commitments, and maintain closed-loop communication across stakeholders
  • Ability to be agile, adaptable, collaborative, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment
