Role Overview: The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Read AI is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue throughout the customer journey. A key part of this role involves setting up, optimizing, and managing CRM and marketing automation tools to deliver highly personalized and impactful campaigns at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.
Set up, configure, and manage CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to ensure efficient campaign execution and data management.
Create and maintain customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey.
Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated triggered messages.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and analytics) to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Build a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy and CRM workflows.
Establish a testing and experimentation framework (e.g., A/B testing) to enhance campaign performance and customer experience.
Ensure data integrity within the CRM and marketing tools, including accurate customer records and performance tracking.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in lifecycle marketing and CRM management to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM management.
Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Brevo, Sendgrid or Pardot.
Strong understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing principles.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing email campaigns
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.

Lifecycle Marketing Manager positions offer a base pay range of $100,000 - $120,000 plus equity and benefits. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer low deductible health plans, as well as flexible time away and family leave programs.
