The Role:
Read AI is looking for a Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling our organization. As a Recruiter, you will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, identifying and attracting top talent across technical and business roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop effective hiring strategies, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while helping Read AI build a world-class team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, resourceful, and strategic talent acquisition professional with experience in high-growth, early-stage startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions at a startup.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruiting strategies.
- Proactively source top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and industry conferences.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for both immediate hiring needs and future growth.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track and report on key recruiting metrics, ensuring continuous optimization of hiring processes.
- Develop and refine employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates and position Read AI as a top employer.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for SaaS, AI, or technology-driven companies.
- Track Record: Proven ability to attract, engage, and hire top-tier candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate Read AI’s mission and value proposition to candidates.
- Recruiting Skills: Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and talent assessment methods.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and recruit for highly technical roles, including engineering, data science, and product management.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams, hiring managers, and leadership to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 - $115,000. Actual total compensation will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
