About the team

Our iOS team consists of four engineers and is a key part of our 14-person mobile team, which also includes Android developers, QA testers, designers, and two product managers. We are passionate about crafting exceptional products by combining robust software architecture, thoughtful design, and seamless user experiences. Open and continuous communication is core to how we work, enabling us to challenge and refine our ideas as a team to shape the best possible outcomes for our users.

We embrace unidirectional data flow principles, with The Composable Architecture serving as the core of our codebase. This approach ensures consistency, scalability, and a clear structure, enabling us to build features that are both robust and maintainable.

As early movers in the space, we’re building an onchain banking alternative on Starknet’s cutting-edge tech. At Ready, you’ll build what others won’t, work on high-impact problems, and use AI and powerful tools not just to ship fast—but to grow and excel as part of the team.

As Senior iOS Engineer, you will get to:

Play a key role in shaping the leading wallet in crypto and fintech, setting new benchmarks for innovation and user experience. This involves making significant contributions throughout the development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shipping features rapidly in an agile environment. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies while continuously challenging our processes and architecture to refine both our product and our team, ensuring we deliver the best possible experience for our users.

Your experience should include:

• Swift & SwiftUI
• The Composable Architecture (TCA)
• Swift Concurrency (async/await)
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, reusability, and design patterns
• Codebase modularization through Swift Packages
• Experience with unit testing and snapshot testing frameworks
• Experience with Unidirectional Data Flow
• 5+ years of experience as an iOS Engineer

You might also have:

• Experience with Blockchain Technologies
• Familiarity with iOS security frameworks such as Keychain Services, CryptoKit, and Security.framework
• Experience with penetration testing, security assessment, or threat modelling.
• Implementing and maintaining Design Systems
• Curiosity about exploring and applying AI to improve workflows and efficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables
