As a Junior Operations Analyst your mission will be to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Finance and People departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the efficiency of organizational processes. You will help streamline workflows, maintain accurate records, and support the implementation of key projects, ultimately enabling the teams to focus on strategic priorities.
What you’ll do:
- You will process and administer HR benefits such as English lessons, training budgets, birthday gifts, office equipment, co-works and more.
- You will support general logistics for the departments such as welcome kits and equipment shipping, special gifts deliveries, etc.
- You will support the onboarding process, coordinating everything necessary for successful landings of new employees.
- You will support event organization and cultural activities, both in person and virtual.
- You will add new clients and/or vendors to our accounting system.
- You will classify production talent payments within our accounting and payment systems.
- You will monitor payments in our accounting system and classify to the corresponding Business Units.
- You will monitor TimeSheets completion on a weekly basis and give visibility to leads for those who still need to work on that task.
- You will monitor activity between our economic group to perform intercompany invoicing each month.
What you are good at:
- HR, Finance, Administration or similar: You are a student or you have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- You have 6 months - 1 year experience or you are looking for your first job
- Your English is fluent (must!)
- You have experience or are interested in working in startup environments
