Office Administrator

Part-time | On-site | Winter Garden, FL

We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our office in Winter Garden, FL. The office assistant will ensure that our office is supported & daily office operations run smoothly.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally and promptly
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
  • Monitor and restock supplies, organize common areas, and handle basic equipment maintenance.
  • Assisting with office projects
  • Assist with internal communications.
  • Perform other general office duties as needed to support smooth daily operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Impeccable follow-through and self-motivated
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
  • Positive, reliable, and proactive work ethic.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.

 

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday – 20 hours per week

Location:

  • In office – 330 E Crown Point Rd, Winter Garden, FL 34787

Compensation:

  • $20.00 per hour
