Junior Underwriter

Full-time | On-site | Winter Garden, FL

We are looking for a Junior Underwriter to join our growing company in Winter Garden, FL. The Junior Underwriter will support our finance team by analyzing financial data, identifying risk & ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve pre- and post-closing issues as they relate to underwriting.
• Evaluate and ensure overall documents are accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Analyze credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant documents.
• Maintain current knowledge of client and investor requirements.
• Ability to identify financial risk.
• Communicate with key stakeholders regarding missing or incomplete information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience underwriting for debt and equity
• Experience in Banking or Real Estate required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
