We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Manager to join our team, focusing on overseeing $2–3MM in revenue. This role reports to the SVP, Payer Marketing and Patient Access.
This role involves managing projects throughout product lifecycles and leading initiatives such as evolving value propositions, engaging with HEOR/Medical teams regarding new data, supporting patient access resources, and updating tactics to reflect current data and market aspirations.
The successful candidate will own mid-level client relationships, demonstrate a client-first attitude, and actively solve problems both internally and externally.
The Market Access team at Real Chemistry comprises three disciplines: Value-Based Care and Policy Consulting, Insights and Evidence (HEOR/RWE), and Payer Marketing and Patient Access. Rather than roles delineated by function (e.g., strategy, project management, account), our team members operate in hybrid roles and are accountable both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management

Own client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with client objectives.

Demonstrate a client-first attitude, actively engaging in problem-solving and providing strategic insights to enhance client satisfaction.
Financial Responsibilities

Oversee individual project finances, ensuring projects are executed within budget and financial goals are achieved.

Manage a strategic portfolio book of business, optimizing financial performance and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Participate in forecasting related to book of business.
Project Management

Manage resourcing requests, ensuring optimal allocation of team resources to meet project demands.

Drive workstreams with minimal oversight, focusing on operational excellence and timely delivery of project milestones.

Oversee the management of projects throughout the product lifecycle, including evolving value propositions and updating tactics to reflect current data and market aspirations.
Strategic Acumen

Demonstrate expertise in evolving a brand's value proposition over time, aligning with emerging data and market aspirations to maintain competitive advantage.

Possess a deep understanding of rare disease market dynamics, leveraging insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance brand positioning.

Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of assigned brands and disease states, providing informed perspectives on clinical developments and market trends.

Engage with client HEOR/Medical teams to translate new data into actionable insights and tactics, ensuring alignment with brand and market objectives.
Management Responsibilities

Oversee 2 junior-level team members.
Qualifications

3–5+ years of relevant experience in a similar agency role, ideally with prior experience in market access

Direct people management experience.

Strong client management skills with a demonstrated client-first approach.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage project finances and timelines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, driving workstreams with minimal oversight.
Pay Range: $90,000-$105,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients.
