We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled AI Product Management Lead to own the Product strategy, roadmap and execution of the AI product portfolio. This role sits in our AI organization and will report to the Chief AI Products and Solutions Officer. You will be responsible for developing and launching innovative products and solutions that deliver measurable business impact and are grounded in real world business challenges for our clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will bring in the unique blend of strategic leadership, technical understanding and business acumen to build AI products to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy, Roadmap & Execution
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for the AI product portfolio.
- Drive the long-term roadmap for AI features and capabilities within the organization, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs and business priorities.
- Serve as an internal and external evangelist for AI-driven product experiences.
- Align product development and direction with market trends, client feedback and competitive landscape.
- Own end to end product lifecycle from ideation to requirements, design, launch and post launch analysis.
Communication and Influence
- Exceptional communication skills are required to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You must be able to align diverse perspectives and deliver at speed and scale.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Build and lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and data driven decision making.
- Act as the “central hub” for the cross functional teams – engineering, data science, design, marketing and sales to ensure product priorities are aligned and executed.
Continuous improvement and innovation
- Stay at the cutting edge of innovation and best-practice within the healthcare domain.
- Drive a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement to the team and broader AI function, always looking to learn and do better.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering or in a relevant field such as MBA.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical/AI product management with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
- Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of data Science and Machine Learning techniques to be credible and able to work with data scientists and machine learning engineers
- Direct, practical experience using predictive AI, generative AI and Agentic AI to transform and drive value.
- Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a technical team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams and with clients and manage multiple stakeholders.
- A critical thinker who can be strategic without losing attention to detail.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, commercial and sales functions in biotech, pharma or healthcare domain is highly desired.
- Experience with agency/consulting companies is highly desired
Pay Range: $220,000.00-$240,000.00
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply.
