Real Chemistry is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our growing team!

At ROOM42 (we are 21GRAMS’ in-house production company), we are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to coordinate the delivery of digital products and technical solutions across development teams. This role is ideal for an emerging leader with a solid technical foundation, project management experience, and strong client service skills. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day technical delivery, coordinate between creative and development teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification while growing their leadership capabilities in a fast-paced agency environment.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What you’ll do:

Project Delivery

  • Manage technical delivery for digital projects including websites, web applications, mobile apps, landing pages, email campaigns, interactive modules, banners, motion graphics, and UI/UX design deliverables.
  • Coordinate production workflows from requirements gathering through development, QA, and deployment, ensuring smooth handoffs between creative, UX, development, and QA teams.
  • Manage timelines for assigned projects (typically 10-20 concurrent projects), tracking progress, identifying blockers, and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Translate creative briefs and design concepts into actionable technical tasks, resource needs, and realistic timelines in collaboration with development leads.
  • Maintain project documentation including technical requirements, development specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Participate in client meetings to discuss project status, timelines, and technical requirements. Provide regular status updates and proactive communication on progress, risks, and resolutions.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal creative teams, account managers, and external clients through responsive communication and reliable delivery.
  • Communicate technical concepts and constraints to non-technical stakeholders in clear, accessible language.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and key metrics using project management tools (Jira, Workfront, Asana). Provide regular status reports to senior delivery managers and stakeholders.

Team Collaboration & Agile Practices

  • Work closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, UX architects, and vendors to drive effective execution and foster collaborative team dynamics.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning meetings, and team syncs. Remove impediments and maintain project momentum.
  • Coordinate with offshore and nearshore development teams, managing time zone differences and ensuring clear communication and documentation.
  • Follow and help maintain agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage project workflows, adapting processes to fit project needs and client expectations.

Quality Assurance & Technical Standards

  • Oversee QA testing processes to ensure deliverables are error-free, meet technical specifications, and comply with accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) where required.
  • Manage asset coordination including copy, design files, technical specifications, client approvals, and legal/regulatory reviews throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Provide hands-on support for technical tasks when needed, including reviewing, testing functionality, troubleshooting issues, or coordinating technical deployments.

Resource & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with third-party developers, platform providers (Cloudflare, AWS, Pantheon, Veeva), and technical vendors to support project delivery and integration.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation across projects, working with senior delivery managers to optimize team capacity and productivity.
  • Track project financials, resource allocation, and time against budgets. Flag scope changes and support creation of change orders when needed.

AI & Emerging Technology

  • Working knowledge of AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, AI code assistants) and their impact on development timelines.
  • Understanding of AI design and QA tools and their role in modern digital workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered project management and automation tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies that improve project delivery and team efficiency.

Continuous Improvement & Professional Growth

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing lessons learned, identifying process optimizations, and staying current with new technologies and best practices.
  • Develop technical delivery expertise and leadership skills through hands-on project management, mentorship from senior team members, and exposure to diverse technical challenges.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
