Real Chemistry is looking for a Manager, Integrated Intelligence to join our growing team! The Manager, Integrated Intellligence is responsible for managing 1-2 analytics projects with some support from senior levels of management. This individual is proficient in various analytics offerings and has moderate industry expertise (health, digital, tech). They can brainstorm/provide actionable insights and recommendations for top tier pharmaceutical clients. Day-to-day activities include project management, qualitative and quantitative social media, earned media, and investor data analysis, and creating comprehensive reports on these data sources they relate to our clients’ corporate brand positioning.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
We are seeking a Manager of Research and Analytics to join our team. The Manager of Research and Analytics is responsible for managing multiple analytics projects with some support from senior levels of management. This individual is proficient in various analytics offerings and has moderate industry expertise (health, digital, tech). They can brainstorm/provide actionable insights and recommendations for top tier pharmaceutical clients. Day-to-day activities include project management, qualitative and quantitative social media, earned media, and investor data analysis, and creating comprehensive reports on these data sources they relate to our clients’ corporate and brand positioning.

What You’ll Do
- Manage, organize and code a variety of data effectively and efficiently (data may include: qualitative interview data / transcripts, social media, earned media, investor and analyst coverage reports, press releases).
- Create comprehensive analytics reports for pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare services, and med tech clients that provide insightful and actionable insights to inform their corporate brand positioning, brand and marketing strategy, and brand activation
- Manage 1-2 ongoing analytics reports across disease, treatment, or healthcare spaces
- Present research reports to clients in person or over the phone (note: some clients may be internal clients, i.e. account teams).
- Learn to delegate tasks and train junior members of the team
- Help us to ensure we are systematizing our processes and leveraging proprietary tools and software to be as efficient as possible
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience with majority in at least one of the following areas: healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing/PR/advertising, strategic planning, digital/social strategy, digital/social analytics, social listening, primary/syndicated research.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot.
- Familiarity with social, digital, and analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Quid, or Muck Rack.
- College degree (BA or equivalent), with relevant concentration such as market research, marketing, communications, or social sciences
Pay Range: $70k-$85k
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply. We are not looking for attendance for the sake of attendance but believe that the opportunity to coordinate in-office team meetings, 1:1 meetings with managers, taking advantage of on-site learning, and connecting with client partners is a critical to delivering on our purpose of making healthcare what it should be.
