Job Title: Event Operations Assistant

Job Type: Part-Time (20-32 hours weekly): Wednesday - Sunday

Hourly Rate: $28/hour

Location: Remote with occasional in-office tasks (Culver City)

Experience: 1-3 years in admin/operations

Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Event Operations Assistant to support the planning and execution of events. The role includes coordinating logistics, managing event materials, liaising with vendors, and assisting with on-site operations to ensure smooth event delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, proficient time management, and problem-solving skills. They should also be adaptable to change, able to multitask, and proficient in relevant software like Google Suite and Slack. Previous experience in event planning or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling software management
  • Inventory management and distribution
  • Weekend coverage: handling call-outs, tardies, and general team questions

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Prior experience using Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and Notion
