Job Overview:

Please note this is a salaried role. 

We’re looking for an experienced, licensed Real Estate Broker with a passion for revolutionizing the home-buying experience in the digital era to join our Product team at reAlpha Tech Corp (RTC). You are skilled in the full lifecycle of residential real estate transactions with a strong book of contacts for marketing and networking initiatives. This is a contractor position (10-99) with the potential to go full-time (W2) + benefits based on performance. 

You should have deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of managing a brokerage and agents. Additionally, you bring a passion for innovation and technology-driven solutions to improve the real estate process. This position requires you to be an entrepreneurial leader in the real estate industry with a growth mindset to disrupt an industry that is prime for change. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Ambassador: Promote the reAlpha brand at industry events and within your network to drive sales and awareness.
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with state real estate laws and licensing requirements.
  • Designated Broker: Serve as the registered designated broker for RTC, responsible for overseeing compliance and operations.
  • Transaction Support: Support back-end real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
  • Agent Management: Hire and manage real estate agents, driving transactions and ensuring the team meets performance goals.
  • Technology Advancement: Use your technical proficiency to collaborate with internal teams and enhance real estate technology solutions.
  • Customer Experience: Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth, seamless home-buying process. Communicate internally to resolve any issues quickly.
  • Voice of the Customer: Provide ongoing feedback to our product and development teams to continuously improve customer experiences and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate Broker License in the State of Florida
  • 10+ experience combined Broker/Agent. 
  • Min 5 years of experience as a Broker 
  • Experience managing a brokerage and overseeing agents
  • Proven success in completing at least 10-15 residential transactions in the last 12 months
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences using innovative strategies and technology
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in real estate software and technology tools
  • Experience in residential real estate transactions, including condos, HOAs, and senior living
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred
