Job Overview:

Join reAlpha (NASDAQ:AIRE) as we grow our flagship product, the world’s first commission-free AI homebuying platform, to help us execute on our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy in South Florida. Claire is a product coming at a crucial time given the recent National Association of Realtors (NAR) proposed settlement. Our goal is to bring Claire to homebuyers in every state - starting with Florida. We're looking for dynamic and enthusiastic licensed real estate agents to be part of this exciting venture, where you'll have the opportunity to work on creative guerrilla marketing initiatives. This is an hourly contracted position with commissions and bonus incentives.

• Type: Contract Full-time 
• Work Hours: 25-40 hours/ week 
• Shift: Weekday, Weekends & Evening 
• Compensation: $21/Hour + Commission & Bonus

Responsibilities:

Open Houses

• Reach out to listing agents to arrange appearances at open-houses.
• Market and advertise the open houses through local signage and online ads
• Manage open house listings and place on the MLS
• Run open houses, engage with buyers, and promote/demo the reAlpha product
• Complete showings 

Public Interaction

• Attend networking events to engage with homebuyers and real estate investors
• Represent reAlpha in a variety of events
• Gather valuable feedback and insights from the public about the product and communicate to tech team

Marketing Campaigns

• Place reAlpha signage and door hangers strategically around South Florida
• Distribute flyers in high-traffic areas to increase visibility

Creative Contributions

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate immediate, actionable marketing ideas
• Assist with any other tasks or marketing activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have an active Florida real estate license
• Must be able to work off-peak hours and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
