Rebag Japan is looking for a full-time Operations Associate role. Reports directly our local Operations Manager and works with members of the Operations/Buying/Bizdev team in Japan and the US:
How We Measure Results
- Monitor and support our local warehouses and shipping operations
- Manage all important documents such as advanced notice and invoices.
- Provide support to the Operations manager and team members as and when required.
- Provide all pertinent shipping information needed to logistics.
- Daily update and monitoring of all shipments and update our main system with the latest shipping information.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for continuous improvement and process optimization.
What We Expect You to Bring To The Table
- Must be bilingual; fluent in Japanese and English. (Written and Verbal)
- "Hands on" attitude; hard-working, can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, high energy, team spirited.
- Detail-oriented and accurate (Data Entry Skills, Data Processing Skills, Reporting Skills, Analytical Skills.)
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable and efficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Previous experience in logistics (WMS) is ideal.
