About the Role
Re-Bath is seeking a driven and customer-focused Design Consultant to join our Charlotte team. This is a high-impact, in-home sales role where you'll guide homeowners through the remodeling process, from design to close—using our proven system, premium products, and company-provided leads.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess needs and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
- Guide customers through the full design process, including product selection and layout recommendations.
- Build trust and deliver a consultative sales experience from initial meeting through close.
- Create accurate project pricing and proposals using company tools and systems.
- Close sales on the spot using a proven in-home sales process.
- Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed.
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales (in-home sales experience strongly preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust.
- Comfortable closing sales in a one-call-close environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and design/pricing tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a 50-state background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales.
- Previous experience in in-home consultation or design-based sales roles.
- Success working in commission-based sales environments.
