Senior Strategic Finance Associate

We’re seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Strategic Finance Associate to join our Strategic Finance team. Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, this role will play a key part in shaping the company’s financial insights and operational strategy. You’ll build and maintain financial models, support key strategic initiatives, and prepare materials for executive and board-level discussions. The ideal candidate has a background in investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where financial rigor meets strategic impact. 

You will be joining an ambitious team defining the future of social gaming and fan engagement.  Working closely with seasoned leaders from top-tier finance and consulting backgrounds, you will gain exposure to executive decision-making, board-level reporting, and strategic
finance initiatives.

This role is based in-person in our Midtown Atlanta office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Develop business cases, TAM analyses, and capital allocation plans for new initiatives and strategic opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed financial and market analyses to support decision-making around partnerships, pricing, and expansion.
  • Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive-level presentations that synthesize key insights and recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and data teams to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the Director of FP&A in driving company-wide financial discipline and strategic clarity. 
  • Help establish scalable reporting, KPIs, and dashboards as the finance organization matures.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a similar high-performance finance/strategy role.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from a top-tier university
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong business acumen with familiarity in corporate finance, valuation, and strategic planning concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a collaborative, high-growth setting.
