We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish & English speaking) Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities:
As a member of our Customer Service team you will help both our Spanish and English speaking customers by phone and chat from our Miami office but also help them face to face at our new Meet-up place (a physical location café/office where we meet our customers at). You need to be fluent, written and spoken, in both languages. Please note that you need to be based in the US already.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience from customer service; service industry experience is a plus
- Fantastic communication skills and extremely service minded
- Great at combining quality focus with efficiency
- Rotating schedule, with availability to work up to two weekends per month.
- It is a full time role, with an hourly wage of $16 per hour.

For this role, we offer a starting salary of $16 per hour + commission and overtime. We also offer several benefits including paid vacation, flexible holidays, full healthcare + dental + vision, 401k with 4% match and many more benefits.
