Oversee operational efficiency and compliance adherence to various company processes, including KYC, Disputes, Customer Service, Escalations, and other areas. Focus on risk management with regard to processes, growth and scalability of our model. Review business analysis findings and develop strategy for how the company can operate more efficiently and effectively and support commercial expansion in the US. Develop and prepare recommendations for structure implementation and modeling for U.S. operations evaluation. Review analysis of data gathered by analysts and make strategic decisions about which new products to pursue. Recruit and train operation team members. Set and collaborate with management about the operational long term Strategy.

Requirements:

• Master degree (or foreign equiv.) in business administration or law. The degree program must have a curriculum that has a focus on regulatory compliance. 
• 6 mos. Experience as Management Analyst or Operations Analyst for a Fintech company.
• 6 mos. experience preparing legal and business analysis for fintech company 
• 6 mos. analyzing trends in fintech industry and building business cases for new products
