We are looking for a talented Creative Strategist in Bogotá to support our Marketing team in developing innovative campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement across the U.S. and Latin American markets.

The Role

This position sits at the center of how MAJORITY attracts and connects with new members. As our Creative Strategist, you’ll be the engine behind fresh campaign ideas every month, developing the concepts, hooks, and narratives that move people to act. You’ll use AI tools to work at scale and speed, but your creative instincts and cultural fluency are what will set our campaigns apart. This is a role designed for someone who sees AI as a creative amplifier, not a replacement for human insight.

  • Campaign Concept Development: Develop innovative campaign angles rooted in user research, market trends, and product strategy. Transform briefs into compelling hooks and conversion-focused scripts that resonate across diverse markets.
  • Creative Pipeline & Ideation: Own the creative calendar and deliver a steady stream of fresh campaign concepts every month. Bring new angles and culturally relevant ideas proactively, before they’re asked for.
  • Market Intelligence & Cultural Adaptation: Stay on top of cultural trends across the U.S. and Latin American markets. Adapt messaging and positioning so every campaign lands relevantly in each region.
  • Creative performance Optimization: Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to use campaign data to refine messaging and improve conversion rates continuously. Run A/B tests and iterate quickly across all channels.
  • AI-Powered Content Production: Use AI tools and automations (e.g., N8N) to scale content output across blogs, emails, and ad copy. Personally refine AI-generated content to ensure quality, authenticity, and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager, AI Creative Designer, and Product Marketing team to bring campaigns to life. Ensure creative concepts align with product positioning and translate into strong visuals.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) with excellent writing skills in both languages and a deep understanding of the US and Latin American cultural nuances
  • Naturally curious, creative with a habit of consuming culture — trends, memes, news, and human stories — and translating them into campaign ideas that feel timely and relevant
  • Strong copywriting portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused work across multiple formats (ads, emails, landing pages, social media) that shows range — the ability to write something funny, something emotional, and something urgent, all for different audiences
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills who can balance high-volume content production with quality creative refinement
  • Deep passion for AI with proven experience using AI tools for content creation and building workflows/automations using platforms like N8N, Zapier, or similar
  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills who can work independently in a fast-paced, lean team environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or growth marketing roles with a proven track record of creating high-performing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience building AI workflows and automations to increase content production efficiency
