Who are we looking for?
We are in search of a Senior Composites Engineer to take charge of implementing new technology endeavors and launching programs at our composite manufacturing companies. This role, which requires active involvement, involves putting new processes into action, working collaboratively across various sites, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology and customer programs.
Seeking engineer with expertise in thermoset materials and infusion processes. Contribute to Re:Build’s composites business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or have refugee/asylee status due to export control laws.
What you get to do!
Implement new manufacturing capabilities and advanced materials to stimulate business expansion. Formulate and oversee arguments, timelines, and budgets for new technology and process implementations. Take charge of process launches by collaborating with teams across Re:Build’s manufacturing sites. Develop training materials, procedures, and guidelines for new manufacturing processes. Assist in technical and product optimization efforts across multiple sites. Cultivate proven relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers. Offer technical knowledge and support in solving problems for internal teams and external clients.
What you will bring to the Team

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

10+ years of industry experience, with at least 8 years in advanced materials (thermoset composites and infusion processing).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) and Microsoft Office.

Experience with ERP systems and ISO/AS quality environments.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present technical information clearly.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.
Salary range for this role: $112,000 to $170,000 annually, with bonus and incentive plans. The actual pay may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
