Who we are looking for
A procurement supply chain intern supports purchasing, supplier management, inventory coordination, and data analysis to help the organization run an efficient, cost‑effective supply chain. The role blends analytical work, hands‑on coordination, and cross‑functional communication.
What you'll get to do
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Assist with the completion of purchase orders for both production and non-production needs to ensure operations flow smoothly
- Support supplier quality management, including handling material returns and associated transactions
- Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering on key internal continuous improvement initiatives
- Process invoicing for sales orders and manage purchase order receipts in a timely manner
- Provide backup support for distribution functions, including shipping clerk responsibilities
- Coordinate product return activities, including repacking, restocking, and invoicing
- Must be both self-sufficient and capable of working closely with a supervising mentor.
- Must be able to work with colleagues and clients with professionalism.
What you bring to the team
Working toward or completed degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. Junior or Senior- level students (completed at least two years toward stated degree).
