Director of Campaigns

United States - Remote

About Re:Build

At Re:Build, our mission is to ensure the next generation of important products are made, at scale, in America. We are laying the foundation for a better future for our customers, employees, and communities by revitalizing America's manufacturing base and creating meaningful jobs across the country, including in historically deindustrialized regions.

We operate an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform that partners with industrial companies and innovators to take products from first concept to full-scale production in critical verticals including aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy and environment, and robotics and automation.

The way we operate is as important as the work we do. It's guided by The Re:Build Way, 16 principles that shape how we collaborate with each other, partner with our customers and vendors, and contribute to the communities where we operate. (link to The Re:Build Way principles)

Who we are looking for

Re:Build Manufacturing is growing, and we’re looking for a Director of Campaigns to help shape how we go to market. Reporting to the Vice President of Demand Generation, you’ll own the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline across our portfolio of businesses and offerings.

You know how to turn business priorities into a focused campaign roadmap and bring marketing teams together to execute it. You’ve worked in complex, multi-product environments where audiences, buying cycles, and value propositions vary, and you can translate that complexity into clear messages and coordinated programs.

You’re comfortable turning ambiguity into action, staying close to the work, and building the processes that help teams scale. You bring a clear, calm leadership style, set direction without adding noise, and make it easier for the people around you to do their best work.

What you get to do

  • Own the integrated campaign roadmap, prioritizing audiences, offerings, and programs based on business goals, pipeline opportunity, and available resources.
  • Lead campaign strategy, planning, and execution across Re:Build’s businesses and offerings, keeping teams aligned on priorities and responsibilities.
  • Translate complex capabilities and value propositions into clear, compelling campaign messaging that speaks to distinct audiences and moves them toward a decision.
  • Partner with marketing teams across Re:Build’s businesses to develop campaigns that reflect customer needs, support different buying cycles, and align with shared pipeline goals.
  • Coordinate content, channels, and campaign timing so programs reinforce one another and create a consistent experience for prospective customers.
  • Partner with marketing teams to build generative engine optimization (GEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) practices into campaign content and planning.
  • Own campaign performance against agreed pipeline goals, using results to recommend where to invest, adjust, or stop activity.
  • Build repeatable planning and execution processes that give teams clarity and help campaigns scale.

What you bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B campaign marketing.
  • Proven success building and managing integrated campaigns in complex, multi-product environments.
  • A track record of owning a campaign roadmap and connecting campaign activity to measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex value propositions into clear, compelling messaging for distinct audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with GEO and AEO, including developing content for AI-powered search and answer engines.
  • Experience working across a matrixed organization and aligning marketing teams around shared campaign priorities.
  • Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to keep the bigger picture in view while making sure the details get done right.
  • A clear, calm leadership style that builds trust and brings focus to fast-moving teams.
  • Experience marketing in the manufacturing industry preferred.

Compensation (Exempt)

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 –180,000 per year.
