About Recast:

Recast Software, located in Minneapolis, MN, empowers organizations to better manage and support users and devices. Our mission is to simplify the work of IT teams to provide secure, compliant devices and to provide modern work experience for users. Our software helps IT teams manage and secure endpoints by extending Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager with faster remediation, continuous patching, and greater endpoint visibility. Our product portfolio consists of Right Click Tools for endpoint management, remediation and Application Workspace for automated application delivery and management.

About the Role:

As an Account Executive III focused on new customer acquisition, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—helping IT organizations modernize endpoint management and reduce operational burden. You’ll run consultative discovery, build and manage pipeline, deliver compelling demos, and drive deals through security, procurement, and legal to signature.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts and buying teams.
  • Build pipeline through outbound and inbound follow-up; manage opportunities from first meeting through close.
  • Lead consultative discovery to uncover business outcomes, technical requirements, success criteria, and timeline.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that clearly connect customer pain to Recast value.
  • Multi-thread and manage stakeholders; drive next steps and maintain momentum through the sales process.
  • Navigate objections and negotiate commercial terms; close new logo opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and customer success for a strong customer experience and clean handoff.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, forecasting, and activity tracking.

What Success Looks Like:

First 30–45 days

  • Become fluent in Recast’s products, use cases, and messaging for endpoint management teams.
  • Establish a repeatable prospecting and pipeline-building cadence with a defined target list.

By 60–90 days

  • Consistently generate qualified meetings and progress opportunities through discovery → demo → proposal.
  • Run clean deal cycles with strong multi-threading, disciplined next steps, and accurate forecasting.

What You've Done:

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience with full-cycle closing responsibility and a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business in a consultative sales motion.
  • Strong discovery and deal qualification skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Experience running executive-level conversations and influencing multiple stakeholders (economic buyer, technical buyer, security/procurement).
  • Strong CRM discipline and comfort with modern sales tooling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience selling into IT teams is strongly preferred; familiarity with endpoint management concepts (Intune, ConfigMgr/MECM, patching, compliance) is a plus.

 What Stands Out:

  • You’re curious, coachable, and self-directed.
  • You take ownership, operate with high integrity, and bring a positive, team-first mindset.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment, communicate clearly, and consistently execute.

What We Value:

  • We work together. We appreciate the power of diverse perspectives. Through open communication, we help one another and leverage our collective expertise for better outcomes. We build trust through teamwork.
  • We embrace change. Change is inevitable; we meet it with agility and resilience. We navigate with courage and find possibility in uncertainty. We adapt for the future, shaping our path with purpose.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
