The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT support manager to oversee all aspects of our IT systems, while asset control/management. The candidate will ensure that day-to-day IT operations, strategic projects, and everything in between is executed effectively.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the IT candidate will combine his/her technical expertise, vendor management, project management, and technical skills to ensure that Recogni’s IT systems seamlessly support the company and its goals. This is an opportunity to improve and help support our overall infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures data safety and security on Cloud networks, systems, and applications.
- Coordinate information technology infrastructure with all locations including points of presence, physical networking equipment, wireless communication devices, and cloud assets.
- Implement appropriate corporate-wide IT policies.
- Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security & risk management program.
- Oversee the administration of all enterprise software such as email, file sharing, ERP, and CRM.
- Backup and disaster recovery plan and process.
- Provide hands on support to the business on delivery of new and enhanced capabilities for supported products demonstrating understanding of business process and workflow to support adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing strategies for Cloud assets, permissions, and access
- Current Information Security Certification
- Strong communication skills, with empathy as a central anchor to understanding and solving problems for employees of varied IT knowledge through explanation and example-setting rather than draconian policies.
- Ability to work with remote/international teams
- Knowledge of Identity Management (IGA/IAM/PAM) concepts and Cloud authentication (oAuth, SAML)
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/IS Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field.
Preferred Hands-on Skills:
- Network administration and services (e.g., TCP/IP, SD-WAN, IPSec, ZeroTrust-VPN, Cisco Meraki)
- Microsoft MDM: Intune administration
- Mac/Windows administration
- Powershell/Python scripting,
- Automation: Powerautomate
- Cloud administration: GSuite/GCP/MS365/Azure/EntraID
