About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, APJ, you'll be a key individual contributor driving end-to-end recruitment across the region—covering Singapore, Japan, India, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on hiring environment, excels at building trusted relationships, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
You’ll act as a true talent partner: owning searches from intake through offer, advocating for performance-based hiring, and ensuring every candidate and hiring manager has a seamless, detail-oriented, and high-integrity experience.
What You’ll Do
– Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across APJ, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
– Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, acting as the face of Recorded Future throughout the process and ensuring clarity, fairness, and engagement
– Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers, understanding team goals and translating them into actionable hiring strategies
– Lead structured interview processes rooted in performance-based hiring principles, focusing on measurable outcomes and future potential
– Actively source passive candidates across Sales, Threat Intelligence, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success—leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and Greenhouse
– Maintain accurate and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders across all markets, with an emphasis on precision, documentation, and follow-through
– Use data to track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and conversion rates—making informed decisions and course corrections as needed
– Collaborate with peers and the global TA team on best practices, continuous improvement, and employer brand activation in APJ
– Manage agency relationships as needed for niche or language-specific searches
– Operate with high attention to detail across all stages—from scheduling interviews and feedback logging to offer generation and compliance documentation
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
– 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in both agency and in-house/vendor-side environments
– Cybersecurity recruitment experience, with a solid understanding of the domain and talent landscape
– Proven success recruiting across multiple APJ countries, including Japan
– Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
– Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced sourcing and pipeline management features
– Based in Singapore, with the ability to work onsite at our Funan Mall office three days per week
Preferred:
– Familiarity with performance-based hiring methodologies and structured interview design
– Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g. Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) are a strong plus
