This pivotal role will own the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, including CRM transformations, the integration of automation and AI-driven tools, and change management programs, that enable scalable growth.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will work across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to orchestrate high-impact GTM initiatives. You’ll drive project delivery from concept through execution, ensuring outcomes are aligned with strategic objectives, meet success criteria, and are embraced across the organization.
What You'll Do:

- Develop detailed project roadmaps, charters, resource and contingency plans, timelines, and integrated delivery schedules and Kanban boards.
- Define clear business requirements, user stories, and success criteria in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Facilitate project governance, steering committees, and cadence meetings to ensure transparency, alignment, and on-time delivery.
- Represent initiatives across key forums and executive updates, providing impactful, data-driven communications.
- Develop and execute change management plans including stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and adoption strategies.
- Identify and monitor success metrics (e.g., user engagement, performance uplift), create feedback loops, and adapt plans based on results.
- Coach project teams to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and change; remove barriers and drive accountability.
- Ensure projects deliver business value, meet ROI targets, and align with strategic milestones and organizational goals.
What You'll Bring :
- 8+ years of project/program management experience leading complex, cross-functional GTM transformation initiatives in a high-growth environment.
- Proven experience in GTM transformation, change enablement, or sales operations in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
- Strong experience leading CRM transformations (Salesforce preferred) and integration of marketing automation or customer support platforms.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks; ability to drive clarity amid ambiguity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment, drive consensus, and deliver results in highly matrixed organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strategic, yet hands-on approach.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.
- Experience tracking KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and operational impact.
- Strong organizational change management experience, both strategy and execution.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI and automation in GTM or sales systems
- Strong peer network-building and cross-team facilitation skills
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, transformation-heavy SaaS or tech startup environment
