- Credential Coordination: Facilitate the administrative process for issuing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, ensuring our users receive industry-recognized value for their time.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Assistance: Support the Program Manager in coordinating with external training partners and internal speakers to ensure they have the materials and logistics needed
- Systems & Data Support: Maintain accuracy across our tech stack, including Salesforce, Gainsight, and Skilljar, and assist in compiling monthly metrics on learner participation and satisfaction.
- Team Documentation: Help maintain our internal "Operational Playbook," ensuring our training workflows are documented, consistent, and ready to scale.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or Customer Success—ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or Technology environment.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to draft professional emails, community announcements, and landing page copy that aligns with our brand voice.
- Organizational Mastery: Expert-level ability to manage multiple work-streams (webinar logistics, inbox triaging, and data entry) without losing focus on the details.
- Operational Mindset: A track record of taking manual tasks and finding ways to streamline, automate, or document them for better efficiency.
- Adaptability: You thrive in an environment where priorities can shift, and you can pivot your focus without sacrificing the quality of your work.
Preferred Qualifications:
