ERP Project Manager / ERP Implementation Consultant

We’re Hiring: ERP Implementation Consultant / Project Management

Our client, a fast-growing digital transformation company with operations across Asia, is expanding their consulting team to support increasing demand from new and existing clients. They are looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant / ERP Project Manager to join their Thailand team and support full-cycle system implementations for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with business development and sales teams by contributing to project proposals and client-facing materials.

• Act as a key partner to clients, helping identify their operational needs and designing solutions to drive efficiency and performance.

• Lead implementation projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are aligned with client expectations.

• Facilitate workshops, conduct process mapping, and document key business requirements and workflows.

• Manage testing cycles, coordinate data migration, and oversee system configuration to ensure a successful go-live.

• Provide training and post-deployment support to ensure high adoption and client satisfaction.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT project delivery (e.g., as a consultant, analyst, or project manager).

• Familiarity with ERP, enterprise software, or business transformation projects.

• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Ability to manage client relationships and navigate stakeholder dynamics.

• Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies and tools.
