Senior-Lead Business Consultant/Solutions Sales (Digital Transformation)

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with clients to assess current document and business workflows, identifying inefficiencies and key pain points.

• Design and propose tailored digital solutions, drawing from a comprehensive suite of technologies including automation, AI, and smart office tools.

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery—from initial analysis and design through implementation, training, and final handover.

• Provide user training and ongoing support to maximize solution adoption and client satisfaction.

• Act as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams (sales, product, technical) to ensure solutions are well-integrated and aligned with business goals.

• Foster strong client relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels through proactive engagement and value-added support.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting, business process automation, RPA, AI, or digital workflow transformation.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a business-friendly way.

• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (particularly for internal collaboration and regional reporting).
