About the role

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to spearhead product delivery and team growth. This is a high-impact leadership position that bridges the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution. You will oversee the lifecycle of diverse digital products, ranging from "greenfield" innovations to "brownfield" optimizations. This role is perfect for a technical strategist who enjoys high-level stakeholder management while remaining deeply involved in the how of software development.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Product Strategy: Oversee multiple project workstreams, ensuring backlogs are optimized, development plans are technically sound, and delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Mentor & Manage: Directly lead a team of Product Managers, identifying their strengths, setting growth objectives, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive Discovery & Design: Facilitate the discovery phase for new initiatives, translating user pain points into seamless UX/UI frameworks in collaboration with design teams.
  • Technical Advocacy: Act as the bridge to Engineering; you will review technical architecture, support implementation, and ensure the product stack is utilized efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confidently defend product decisions to external partners and clients, managing difficult conversations and gathering requirements even in ambiguous scenarios.
  • Operational Excellence: Improve internal departmental processes, participate in senior-level hiring, and report directly to the executive product leadership on team performance and project health.

 

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 7+ years in Product Management with at least 2 years in a formal people-management or leadership capacity.
  • Solid background in software programming. You are comfortable with Git/Gitflow, understand CI/CD pipelines, and can navigate API documentation (Postman/Swagger).
  • Deep knowledge of web and mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android native components vs. cross-platform like Flutter) and the ability to design database schemas.
  • Proven ability to quickly master new industries and assess the implementation complexity of complex digital products.
  • Expertise at defining tracking requirements and leveraging behavioral data to drive feature prioritization.
  • Communication: Business-level English fluency with the ability to influence both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Currently based in Bangkok or highly motivated to relocate to this vibrant tech hub.
