In this role, you will get to:

• Performance Reporting: Oversee the delivery of comprehensive management reports, consolidating data from various ERP and Point-of-Sale systems.
• Strategic Analysis: Monitor financial health across different product categories and sales channels, providing senior leadership with data-backed recommendations.
• Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve data integrity across the organization.
• Project Leadership: Spearhead cost-control initiatives and financial improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.

You'll be successful if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
• 6–8 years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance within a high-volume environment 
• Proven expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and experience managing large, complex datasets.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
