Business analyst (AI & Data Platforms)

The role:

Our client, a prominent digital transformation and cloud provider, is looking for a Data & AI-focused Business Analyst to spearhead a large public sector project in .

You will act as the primary interface between the client and technical teams to deliver AI and data platform services, including the deployment of intelligent agents. This role requires a practical, client-facing professional to drive data-led growth and system integration.

This role is based in Riyadh and is open only for people currently based in Saudi Arabia

In this role, you will get to:

• Design Growth Metrics: Develop department-level metrics, tag systems, and campaign scenarios to drive growth through data.
• Implement Solutions: Design and deliver business solutions, including event tracking, user tags, visual dashboards, and A/B testing.
• Deploy AI Agents: Lead the implementation of data intelligence agents, optimising prompts and workflows for intelligent interaction.
• Integrate Systems: Support data and system integration, as well as data warehouse design and development.
• Manage cross-functionally: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years in data-related ToB services, with a preference for previous public sector experience.
• Strong SQL and statistical analysis capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in tracking design, metrics systems, and dashboard development.
• Understanding of large model capabilities and experience with tools like HiAgent or Dify.
• Location: Candidates must live in Saudi Arabia and be able to work in the office.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
• A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
