RPA Developer (Junior-Senior)

Who is our client?

Our client, a well-established organisation undergoing rapid digital transformation, is seeking an RPA Developer to join their growing automation team.

In this role, you will work across the full lifecycle of RPA development, from engaging with business users and analysing processes to building, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where automation plays a key role in operational efficiency.

In this role, you will get to:

• Engage with business users to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Analyze business processes and design suitable RPA solutions
• Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain bots to ensure optimal performance
• Prepare relevant documentation, including process flows, user guides, and performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders when necessary
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

You'll be successful if you have:

• 2–5 years of experience in RPA development, with strong expertise in UiPath
• Hands-on experience across the full RPA lifecycle (requirements gathering to production deployment)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience in business process analysis or system analysis is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Thai language due to close collaboration with local stakeholders
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills are a plus, but not mandatory
• Prior exposure to logistics or supply chain environments is an advantage
