Product Management Executive - IT Product Portfolio

Who is our client?

Our client, a global leader in workplace technology and digital transformation, is seeking a commercially-minded Product Management Executive to lead their CCTV and SaaS portfolio.

This position focuses on the commercial success of the product portfolio. You will act as the Product Business Owner for the solutions in Thailand; bridging the gap between global vendors, internal sales teams, and the local market. You will be responsible for defining the product mix, setting pricing strategies, and empowering the sales force to win in a competitive B2B landscape.

*This role is for Thai national only.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Portfolio strategy: Manage the lifecycle of CCTV, digital signage, and SaaS solution. Decide which hardware and software versions to launch in the Thai market based on local demand.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM): Develop and execute product launch plans, including localised positioning, value propositions, and marketing campaigns.

  • Sales enablement: Act as the subject matter expert. Create sales toolkits, conduct product training for sales teams/partners, and assist in high-value deal negotiations.

  • Pricing set up: Manage the pricing and profits of the product line. Set competitive pricing structures and discount frameworks to maximise market share while maintaining healthy margins.

  • Market intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape in Thailand (competitors, pricing trends, and emerging technologies) to proactively adjust product strategies.

  • Vendor management: Maintain strong relationships with technology partners and vendors to ensure the best support, pricing, and early access to new tech.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation activities and the technical support team to ensure seamless solution delivery.

 

 

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years in Product Management or Product Marketing, specifically within CCTV, SaaS, ICT, or Security Solutions.

  • Proven track record in a distributor or system integrator, or a regional office of a hardware/software vendor.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, channel management, and Solution Selling (hardware + software + services).

  • Good communication and presentation skills in English.

  • Ability to analyze market data and sales performance to drive product strategic decisions.
