About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Sales Manager who is passionate about driving business growth and scaling IT solution sales in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience selling Cloud solutions, particularly AWS, alongside AI, data analytics, or broader IT solutions, and who genuinely enjoys building a sales team into a more consultative, value-led force.

You will lead a sales team covering sales representatives, coordinators, and support functions. Your mission is to elevate sales performance, grow solution-selling capabilities, and deliver consistent revenue growth across enterprise and commercial clients in Thailand.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Coach and mentor team members to strengthen consultative selling skills, with a particular focus on Cloud and AI solutions
  • Set clear sales strategies, targets, and KPIs that keep the team aligned with business goals and market expectations
  • Engage directly with key accounts when it matters — whether that’s opening new doors, resolving complex situations, or supporting critical deal closures
  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, product specialists, and service delivery teams to drive integrated go-to-market efforts
  • Present regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and market insights to senior leadership

 

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • At least 7–10 years of sales experience, with strong exposure to Cloud (AWS preferred), AI, data analytics, or broader IT solution selling
  • Proven experience managing a sales team, with a track record of developing people and driving performance
  • Solid understanding of Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, MLOps), and data frameworks (ETL, Data Lakes)
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO and PDPA
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities 
  • Comfortable operating both at a strategic level and hands-on in the field when needed
  • Good English communication skills, spoken and written
