Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for capturing payment from customers related to shipping as well as ensuring equipment returning to the office is captured and billed for if not returned. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of logistics processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Salesforce and NetSuite knowledge a plus.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Inquiries, and payment Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding equipment order/return status, shipping information.
  • Order Management: Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, suppliers, etc.) to resolve any order-related issues.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including coordinating paperwork, scheduling shipment, and managing data to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Work with collections/finance/sales to resolve any potential data/billing issues with a proactive mindset.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain/input accurate case and billing data, customer communications, and monthly logistics data. Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams on order progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing/billing with customer satisfaction as a high-level focus.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Highly reliable
