Position Overview:

In this position you will provide in-depth implementation and training services, using advanced functional knowledge, and advanced product expertise to manage implementations consistent with Rectangle Health’s payment processing and software. Implementation Associates will perform scheduled technical installations, merchant training and support services over the phone.  The role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact directly with merchants on a daily basis.

Primary Job Duties:

• Partner medical/dental practices and healthcare system staff with the launching and training of Rectangle Health’s payment processing solutions
• Provide project management, training, and support remotely throughout the implementation and go-live of physician/dental practices and healthcare systems on our payment processing platform
• Set clients up for long-term success with cost savings and payment processing strategies
• Train physicians, providers, and office staff on Rectangle Health’s processes and technologies
• Manage a detailed project plan and communicate status to the client and Rectangle Health management team
• Manage multiple projects at once
• Manage change and client expectations effectively
• Establish aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
• Document interactions and maintain communication records in CRM
• This position reports the implementation manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree IT, or in a related discipline
• 1 year’s experience in IT related field
• Technical project management in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Prior experience in hospital or physician/dentist office setting preferred
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environment
• Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value
• Team approach to working with others, ability to perform a variety of duties within any work day and organizational skills from planning to execution of tasks and projects.
