Position Overview:
The Product Delivery Coordinator is responsible for all administrative tasks owned by the Product Delivery team. It is a customer-facing role that actively interacts with its own team members as well as other parts of the organization to promote timely and accurate scheduling of product deliveries for all customers across all sales channels. The PRODUCT DELIVERY COORDINATOR reports to the Product Delivery manager.

Primary Job Duties:
- Act as primary liaison between client and Rectangle Health throughout the delivery process
- Handle outbound and inbound phone and email volume from customers, peers, and coordinate all aspects of the product delivery process across multiple products and all client sizes
- Manage the documentation process in Salesforce and other internal systems
- Schedule deliveries based on calendar availability and customer needs; closely manage and continuously reengage the rescheduling pipeline
- Act as a true product expert. Educate clients and answer their questions
- Work effectively with Product Delivery Specialists and Product Delivery Managers on special requests, large client handling, and effectively communicates and documents requirements to both client and internal teams
- Actively works toward established goals; understands how individual contributions affect results. Understands how Product Delivery’s role influences the success of Rectangle Health
- Works effectively with internal operations and external sales teams to ensure delivery success and a positive client experience
- This position is located at Rectangle Health’s headquarters in Valhalla, NY (in-office)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess superior Microsoft Office skills
- Deeply task and results-oriented
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and enjoys working with and helping people
- Experience dealing with, and helping clients over the phone
- Possesses superior organizational skills; able to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at the same time; deeply process-oriented and systematic; excels at follow-up and follow-through
- Thorough, and with great attention to detail
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
- Responsive, responsible, and patient
- Thrives in a high-paced and high-pressure work environment
- Goal-oriented and focused on results
- Salesforce CRM Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clerical and administrative work in a technical setting
- Passionate about technology and has experience working with software in a deployment or support setting
- College degree preferred
